NEW YORK (October 8, 2001)
Interep Interactive Inc. announced today that it has partnered with
MEZZOTM Marketing, the former e marketing
unit of chinadotcom corporation (NASDAQ: China) and former partner
to 24/7 Asia, to exclusively sell online advertising into each other’s
portfolio of sites.
Under the agreement, Interep
Interactive’s Winstar Interactive Media and Cybereps, will market
MEZZO Marketing’s online ad properties including leading Asian sites
such as hongkong.com (Hong Kong’s leading consumer portal); Gigigaga.com
(Taiwan’s largest broadband ISP’s content destination): and Alta
Vista in Australia, to its advertiser clients in the US.
Mezzo Marketing will rep
to its Asian-based advertising clients Winstar Interactive Media
sites such as Fodors.com, uBid, Kiplinger.com, Entrepreneur.com,
AccuWeather.com, and education.com; and Cyberep sites such as Reuters.com,
AutoWorld.com, BizReport, RadioWave, WebBuilderZone, HowStuffWorks,

clients from both companies to expand market share by extending
brand exposure into each other’s territories.
