Cybereps, an Interep Company, Acquires Perfect
Circle Media
Acquisition Adds Lineup of Financial Web Properties Available to
Advertisers
New York-- Cybereps, an interactive
marketing and media sales firm funded by Interep (Nasdaq: IREP),
announced today it has acquired Perfect Circle Media from Freerealtime,
Inc.
Perfect Circle Media (PCM) is
a new-media advertising sales firm providing media solutions to
the financial category. Launched in September 2000, by Jim Henderson
and John Abraham, PCM has a roster of 20 web sites that include
Reuters, jagfn.tv, On24, Patagon, Idea Advisor, 123jump.com, redchip.com
and others that contribute to more than 150 million monthly page
views.
Under terms of the acquisition
agreement, PCM will operate as a stand alone, independent rep firm
under the Cybereps/Interep umbrella. This will enable PCM to leverage
the Cybereps/Interep infrastructure, including offices nationwide,
a full range of research tools, and other resources that will help
ensure the company's continued success.
